Thrushes are a large family group and are well represented in the area by 17 species, 13 of which are either resident or summer visitors and breed here. Another 4 just spend the winter in this area and of these only Redwing (Zorzal Alirrojo / Turdus iliacus) and Fieldfare (Zorzal Real / Turdus pilaris) do not breed further North in Spain but return to Scandinavia.
